Any item purchased from Trooperbay is guaranteed to be new and free of any defects (unless stated otherwise). If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for any reason. Buyer is to pay for all shipping costs for any returned item.
Shipping is non-refundable for all returns. All defective items may be exchanged for the exact same item or for a full refund. Defective items do not include “not mint” or damaged packaging. All non defective item returns that qualified for free shipping will be charged restocking fee $10 or 15%, whichever is greater.
