Flat Braided elastic can be used for waistbands, sleeves, necklines and leg bands. It’s shrink resistant and unaffected by chlorine and salt water. Perfect for wash and wear garments and swimwear. Often inserted in a casing, but can also be stitched directly to fabric. 70% polyester and 30% rubber. 1 inch x 1 yard. Black.
